Turnover Manager - University at Buffalo Campus Living This is a full time professional position responsible for the management of apartment and residence hall turnover, small project upgrades, facility review, assessment and process involvement. General responsibilities include:
- Work with Campus Living staff to coordinate planned furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) and finishes replacement and minor construction projects amongst the 2.5 million square feet of residential projects.
- Administer contracts or a portion of contracts at each apartment property for turnover cleaning, grounds maintenance, snow removal, refuse and recycling removal as needed.
- Work directly with Purchasing Manager to select the best contractors and service providers.
- Provide resource and direction to Residential Life staff in the planning and implementation of turnover at each of the complexes.
- Formulate recommendations for cyclical replacements based on life cycle data, existing conditions and new initiatives.
