Real Estate Operations Manager

Minimum 2 year experience as real estate assistant. License preferred but not necessary. Polished and Professional appearance a must Room for Growth with 2 weeks paid vacation after one year with team Knowledge of: FMLS and GAMLS systems G-Suite Social Media Posting Excel, Word, and Adobe Mail Chimp or Constant Contact (Email Campaigns) Dotloop or DocuSign experience GAR Forms Word Press Assistant must be upbeat with positive attitude. Assistant will be in and out of the office doing various tasks. Must be willing to do property visits, showings, and or run errands. Mileage will be paid. This position is a heavy work load with room for growth. Assistant must possess good grammar and writing skills, the ability to write property descriptions, speak with clients, and screen incoming calls and leads. Other duties include managing agents' calendars, scheduling appointments, maintain email and contact databases, ordering supplies, social media posting, update websites, create flyers, and coordinate transactions. This person must be able to work without constant direction and know how to prioritize.
