Description
The U.S. General Services Administration is looking for experienced and professional individuals to fill Property Manager positions in Indianapolis, IN; Detroit, MI; Battle Creek, MI; Grand Rapids, MI; Fort Snelling, MN; Saint Paul, MN; Minneapolis, MN; Cincinnati, OH; Columbus, OH; Cleveland, OH and Akron, OH. Candidates must have experience assisting in the management of a multi-level commercial office building (or equivalent non-housing high rise building) consisting of complex building mechanical systems (i.e., building automated systems, centralized HVAC, alarm systems, elevators, etc.) The GS-12 salary range starts at $74,596 per year; the GS-11 starts at $62,236 per year.
