JOB SUMMARY
The purpose of this position is to oversee the overall successful deployment of CAFM technology to our Global Workplace Strategy clients.  Key activities include managing and implementing detailed project schedules, coordinating activities across project teams, including third party suppliers, identifying/resolving project issues, developing risk mitigation and proactively communicating project status to all key stakeholders.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Utilize subject matter expertise in technology implementation to recommend best practices and solutions to CBRE clients and accounts regarding CAFM technology. 
  • Provide business development support through the development of technology requirements and cost projections associated with requests for proposals. 
  • Determine RFP CAFM technology pricing and respond to technology related questions. 
  • Plan, coordinate and delegate work assignments for extended project team. Serve as liaison between client business team and CBRE Digital & Technology team; responsible for CAFM technology deliverables, timelines, dependencies and budgets. 
  • Manage expectations of sponsors, stakeholders and team regarding scope of work and responsibilities. 
  • Responsible for the oversight and performance of project status, meetings, reporting, scope changes, financials, administrative and technical issues. Manage project on time. 
  • Continuously assesses the technology landscape in order to seek out best practices and drive the ongoing evolution of CBRE s occupancy planning technology offering.
  • Performs other duties assigned.

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Deep understanding occupancy planning and/ real estate technology landscape
  • In-depth knowledge of technology implementation best practices
  • Strong program/project management skills, in applying principles of scope, schedule, cost and quality, to everyday activities
  • Project experience with Microsoft Project and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Powerpoint, Excel, and Outlook.  Visio experience a plus. 
  • Ability to translate complex information into consumable concepts. 
  • Ability to adapt to change when necessary


QUALIFICATIONS  

Deep understanding occupancy planning and real estate technology landscape. Strong program/project management skills, in applying principles of scope, schedule, cost and quality to everyday activities. Ability to translate complex information into consumable concepts.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
  


Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university. Masters degree in Business, Economics, Urban Studies, or related program or MBA preferred. Minimum of 8 years of business consulting and real estate experience is required. Preferred 5-7 years experience directly related to development and/or deployment of a CAFM system and associated Occupancy Planning program.

Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret the most complex business documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive issues. Ability to write reports, manuals, speeches and articles using distinctive style. Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients, top management and/or public groups. Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, top management, and client groups to take desired action.


FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE
  


Knowledge of financial terms and principles. Reviews complex financial/business analysis and reports prepared by subordinates. Ability to analyze the most complex business/financial data and develop innovative solutions. Develops and implements financial policies and procedures. Approves and oversees department budget.


REASONING ABILITY
  


Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations. Requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in developing strategic solutions for a growing matrix-based multi-industry sales environment. Draws upon the analysis of others and makes recommendations that have a direct impact on the company.


OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
  


Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite Products.

Highly collaborative in a team environment
Demonstrated leadership and management skills.

Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
