Asset Management Associate

POSITION SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
Full time Associate will report to the Director of Portfolio Management. The responsibilities will vary from updating standard reports to creating and producing insightful adhoc reports to other general reporting needs related to of the above business units.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop thorough understanding of internal & external reporting systems and metrics
Update and distribute standard monthly and quarterly reports on a timely basis.
Analyze operating reports and financial statements to evaluate performance while working effectively with other teams to maximize cash flow on a portfolio; follow up on actionable items.
Analyze various data sources, formulating and testing hypotheses, and communicating recommendations and opportunities.
Work with various data sources and programs to create standardized dynamic reports with consistent measures.
Manage and support general department activities


QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree required
2+ years related work experience required, preferably related to analytical business functions
Strong Excel skills, need to know Pivot Tables, Power Pivot, and VBA
Proficient in other Microsoft Office applications including Power BI
Prioritize workload and meet deadlines
Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills and effective collaborative working style
