Bayside Realty Partners, the dominant provider of brokerage and property management services for medical office buildings in the Bay Area, is actively seeking a VP of Leasing to be an integral part of our 4-person brokerage team representing our medical office building landlords.

 

With a team of 20 employees in 5 offices, Bayside Realty Partners has as long-term clients several healthcare systems (Dignity Health, Stanford, Sutter Health), institutional owners (Prudential, PMB/Ventas, Washington Capital Management, Regency, Harrison Street and others), healthcare districts (Eden Health District and Sequoia Healthcare District) and numerous private investors.

 

Through our unique medical office market knowledge, proprietary database of comparables and users, and 17 years of experience, we have the largest medical office footprint in the Bay Area.  In addition to property management and leasing, we have completed numerous sales of multi-tenant and condominium medical office buildings, tenant representation transactions and lease administration services and condominium conversions.


The VP of Leasing will contribute to our team on a variety of buildings located in San Francisco, the Peninsula and the East Bay and will be based in our San Carlos headquarters office.   The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of transactional experience in office or medical office product in the Bay Area, and will have the following skills/experiences:

 

  • Calling on prospective tenants
  • Touring spaces with prospects
  • Negotiating and drafting letters of intent
  • Financial analysis of leases
  • Working with contractors, architects and planners to assist with tenant improvement planning
  • Preparing monthly leasing update reports

Candidates should possess a California DRE or broker license.

In addition, the VP of Leasing will assist in new business development by coordinating our marketing materials, website, calling on prospective clients and general networking.
