Higher Chance of Being Hired

Apply now and your chance of being hired is 1/3 higher than in 2014. Qualified Real Estate Professionals, savoring the ‘Seller’s Market,’ are increasingly selective about submitting a resume. Last year on average,16 candidates would click on a job before a resume was submitted. In 2015 thus far, it takes 24 clicks before an application is made. But these numbers are far below 2007 when it took 54 clicks to get one resume, and salaries went through the roof. The good news is that we have 4 times as many qualified Real Estate Professionals registered on our site today than in 2007, so excellent hires are not a problem. What should an employer do to attract their ideal hire? Adding your salary range often peaks a candidate’s interest. But most importantly, include what makes your job opportunity or company unique, not only what your company does, but what is it like to work there? Does your culture promote from within, offer specific promotional paths, or continually offer entrepreneurial challenges and incentives that can catapult one’s success.
