Who do you trust?

Coming from Northern Minnesota’s boundary waters area and arriving for my first job in NYC, I quickly noted everyone was quicker, slicker, sharper dressed and richer. I thought, what’s missing? Trust. No one seemed to trust anyone. Not from any inherent qualities, I set out to become the one to rely on, and hopefully SelectLeaders is that today. Appears Wells Fargo, Samsung and the elephant in the room, politicians, are trying to win back trust. The best advice I read? Make the problem bigger. Concentrate on consumer protection industry-wide. Take the lead in preventing anyone from doing “this” again, whether it is unwanted credit cards, batteries, email servers, or personal attacks rather than on issues. Crisis management concentrating on the problem, or ignoring it, never works. True leaders concentrate on comprehensive solutions, and raise the bar for everyone.
