The Real Estate & Land Use Institute (RELUI) is the 23-campus California State University System's applied research and professional education center for real estate and urban land use. The goals of the Real Estate & Land Institute (RELUI) are to promote real estate education and to move the frontier of knowledge in real estate related fields.

The program covers general and specialized real estate knowledge that is applicable to professional areas such as real estate finance and investment, brokerage, market analysis, and appraisal as well as being pertinent to the acquisition, development, management, and disposition of real property. With a comprehensive course-offering schedule, their program is one of the largest in California.

Program Highlights:

The Program in Real Estate at CSUF is designed for students who are principally interested in careers in the real estate industry. It provides the student with both general and specialized real estate knowledge that is applicable to professional areas such as real estate finance and investment, brokerage, market analysis, and appraisal as well as being pertinent to the acquisition, development, management, and disposition of real property. The program provides the analytical, communication and interpersonal skills to make decisions about real estate assets under conditions of risk and uncertainty. The student will be able to apply the acquired knowledge to specific real estate issues in a wide variety of corporate, entrepreneurial, and personal situations.

The Department of Finance offers a real estate class at the graduate level as part of the integrated MBA program.
