Program Highlights:

Undergraduate Real Estate education at the University of Michigan begins with basic skills in the first year of the BBA program and proceeds to the specialized real estate electives in the second year. The basic skills in the first year are taught in courses that provide an analytical foundation and the managerial applications. The real estate electives apply the basic skills to real estate problems.

Graduate Real Estate education at the University of Michigan starts with basic skills in the first year of the MBA program and proceeds to the specialized real estate electives in the second year. The basic skills in the first year of the MBA program are taught in courses that provide an analytical foundation and the managerial applications.

The doctoral degree in Business Administration in Real Estate within the Finance division or Individualized Program offers an intensive educational experience that prepares students for research and academic careers, typically as faculty in business schools.
