Description
3650 REIT is seeking bright and highly motivated commercial real estate Analysts to join its rapidly growing Bridge and Event Driven Lending team in Beverly Hills, CA. The investment professionals will be intimately involved in the sourcing, underwriting, structuring, and closing of senior loans, mezzanine loans and preferred equity investments nationwide. This is an exciting opportunity to be an integral member of a close-knit team and work alongside some of the most well-respected professionals in real estate lending.
•Preparing detailed financial models and analysis for complex commercial real estate transactions.
QUALIFICATIONS

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Preferred GPA of 3.5 or higher.
•Degree from a top-tier undergraduate university or college.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Preparing detailed financial models and analysis for complex commercial real estate transactions.
•Analyzing and underwriting potential new investment opportunities.
•Conducting market and industry due diligence.
•Drafting preliminary pursuit reports, investment memoranda, and other investment materials.
•Assisting with legal documentation, structuring, and deal negotiations.
•Sourcing new investment opportunities.
•Participating in market tours and industry conferences.
