Structured Products Associate

Job Description

Bravo Capital is hiring a Structured Products Associate who will work closely with the funds team to fund structured financings for transactions in the construction, healthcare and multifamily sectors. A strong background in real estate finance is ideal, particularly with a focus on bridge finance and complex debt structures.

Essential Responsibilities

• Coordinating and supporting the approval of new financing transactions through relevant Business and Credit committees.
• Assist in strategic initiatives related to Fund and Structured Finance.
• Develop and maintain risk management and portfolio surveillance strategies.
• Coordinating loan document drafting with outside counsel.
