Job Description
Lincoln Property Company is looking to hire a financial analyst to support the acquisition and development teams of LPC West’s major markets; San Diego, Orange County, Los Angeles (HQ), San Francisco, Sacramento, Portland, Boise, and Seattle. Day to day responsibilities include underwriting new acquisition and development opportunities across all product types (office, mixed-use, industrial, retail) and submarkets. Assisting regional partners and acquisition teams with sourcing new deals, working through Due Diligence/Closing, implementing business plans on acquired assets throughout the lifecycle of the asset and assisting with disposition responsibilities.
Financial Analyst will be located in the the Los Angeles Regional HQ in El Segundo.
Timing: Flexible on exact start date, but looking for start this January
Background: Candidate should be a college graduate with relevant CRE experience; looking for 0 – 2 years of experience
