Dalan Real Estate - Director of Underwriting and Execution

Dalan Real Estate (“Dalan”) is excited to hire a full-time, New York based Director of Underwriting and Execution who will have the opportunity to participate in all aspects of the investment process and can expect to be staffed on multiple assignments at one time. Directors are expected to assume integral roles on the investment team and are intimately involved with the evaluation, structuring, and financing of transactions on both equity and credit opportunities. Directors will regularly attend both client and internal meetings, negotiations, and due diligence sessions.
