The Wood Center exists to enrich the real estate experience at UNC Kenan-Flagler for students, faculty, alumni and employers. Specifically, the Wood Center is responsible for a number of initiatives that together yield innovative programing, invested faculty and staff, and engaged alumni. The result is a "Real-World Real Estate" experience for students.

From the moment you arrive on campus, the real estate program provides a multitude of coordinated activities from the Leonard W. Wood Center for Real Estate Studies, the MBA Career Management Center, the MBA Real Estate Club and our UNC Kenan-Flagler real estate faculty. Some benefits of the program are: Real Estate Career Development Program, Mentoring, Career Treks, Speaker Series, ARGUS Certification, Speed Networking and Funding for Student Development Projects.
