About:

The Real Property Program is one of several specialized programs available to MBA students who may enroll in either a concentration (four courses) or the Diploma Program (six courses plus an internship/research requirement) in addition to the MBA. The Program offers six graduate courses in real estate and one undergraduate course. Courses cover finance and investment, portfolio theory, development, market analysis, the legal framework and comparative international markets.
