Job Description

Experience: 2-4 Years either in real estate investment banking, commercial real estate lending, commercial real estate capital markets brokerage, real estate private equity, or real estate development.

Will report to the Chief Investment Officer and provide support to the CIO and other members of the investment and asset management team
Financial modeling of new potential investments
Financial modeling of existing investment portfolio
Experience with private equity fund-level modelling a plus
Must have familiarity underwriting multifamily, condo, office, hotel, and retail
Must have experience with market and comp analysis associated with each aforementioned asset class
Experience with commercial lease analysis, experience with commercial lease negotiation a plus
Will support CIO and asset/project management team managing tenancy in existing portfolio and lease-up in deal pipeline
Experience with loan documents analysis, experience negotiating loan documents a plus
Experience with management agreements and other general business documentation associated with the relevant asset classes
