As a member of EquityMultiple team, you will represent our firm to the existing and potential investors. You will be expected to efficiently deliver investment-related solutions and communicate the firm’s investment strategies to EquityMultiple’s investors. You will play a critical role in helping the firm to achieve excellence in investor satisfaction, which is one of our core competencies. This entry-level role is an excellent opportunity to learn our business from the inside-out, develop professional skills, and gain familiarity with commercial real estate and alternative investments. This role is expected to be client-facing from day one, as such, we are looking for a candidate with exceptional emotional intelligence and professionalism to join our expanding team. 

Key Responsibilities

    • Liaise and collaborate with our various teams (operations, marketing, investments, and asset management) to deliver robust and responsive resolution on complex investor requests, inquiries via email and phone while maintaining a high level of responsiveness and professionalism
    • Onboard new potential investors to the EquityMultiple platform; enhance customer relationships through routine engagement, follow-ups, and establish trust
    • Supporting all aspects of the marketing, fundraising cycle, and be prepared to competently communicate the firm’s investment strategies with investors
    • Participate in routine investments, sales, and product strategy sessions, contribute your ideas regarding investor acquisition and conversion
    • Assist the firm’s client KYC efforts, monitor and maintain client records and files in accordance with compliance policies


    • 0-3 years of work experience (client-facing experience is a plus)
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Efficiency, resourcefulness, and sharp analytical mindset
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and quickly adapt to new technology
    • Humble attitude with a strong willingness/desire to learn
    • High emotional intelligence and maturity 
    • Broad based knowledge and understanding of real estate finance, alternative investments and/or finance in general
    • Currently have, or willing to attain, SIE, Series 7 and 63 or 66 license
    • Must be a detail-oriented, well-organized self-starter with high energy and creativity

These qualifications would give you a leg up:

    • Specific expertise in financial industry sale, particularly real estate finance or alternative investment products
    • Experience with CRM
    • SIE, Series 7, and 63, 65 or 66 license
    • Understanding of SEC regulations with regards to communications
