Project Manager

The X Company is a disruptive consumer lifestyle brand with real estate assets across the country.  We build buildings that live at the intersection of technology, culture and innovation, and are looking to bring a Project Manager on to our growing team to oversee the successful execution of these projects.  The ideal candidate would be able to use their background in construction and engineering to manage the day to day decisions and people that will ultimately lead to the operational and functional success of a superior project. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage execution of large-scale mixed-use real estate development projects with first assignment being projects located in Denver, CO

• Coordinate and manage project team to create exceptional finished products

• Manage multiple construction timelines and budgets independently and concurrently

Requirements:

• Experience preparing, collecting and/or tracking pay applications

• Experience creating and/or vetting change orders

• Construction and or engineering background, preferably both, required

• Experience and comfort working on construction sites

• Excellent analytical, communications, and leadership skills

• Compensation commensurate with experience

• Position located in Chicago, IL  

• Travel up to 75% of the time, initially to Denver, CO
