Job Description
Hudson Pacific Properties is looking for a Property Manager to oversee one of our premier high-rise buildings in West Los Angeles. Managing high profile tenant relationships and all aspects of building operations will require exceptional interpersonal skills, in-depth property management experience, and the ability to follow-through while balancing competing, changing priorities.

What You’ll Do
- Oversee the management of the property, including building operations and administration, tenant relations, leasing, and financial reporting.
- Build tenant satisfaction through meeting regularly and ensuring prompt follow-up on work orders.
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and analyze budgets, leases, and related building documents.
- Manage vendor relationships with security, janitorial, engineering, landscaping, and parking teams, including the bidding process and performance requirements.
- Provide leadership to property management team, creating a positive work environment and maintaining team morale.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 5 years of experience in commercial property management.
- Proficiency in Excel including creating and running financial reports.
- Familiarity with MRI preferred.
