Property Manager - Los Angeles

Hudson Pacific Properties is looking for a Property Manager to oversee one of our premier high-rise buildings in West Los Angeles. Managing high profile tenant relationships and all aspects of building operations will require exceptional interpersonal skills, in-depth property management experience, and the ability to follow-through while balancing competing, changing priorities.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee the management of the property, including building operations and administration, tenant relations, leasing, and financial reporting.
• Build tenant satisfaction through meeting regularly and ensuring prompt follow-up on work orders.
• Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and analyze budgets, leases, and related building documents.
• Manage vendor relationships with security, janitorial, engineering, landscaping, and parking teams, including the bidding process and performance requirements.
• Provide leadership to property management team, creating a positive work environment and maintaining team morale.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in commercial property management.
• Proficiency in Excel including creating and running financial reports.
• Familiarity with MRI preferred.
