Job Description
S2 Acquisitions is seeking an analyst that can assist with sourcing, underwriting, due-diligence, closing and asset management.
Tasks include:
- Underwrite various investment opportunities including but not limited to; office, retail hospitality, multi-family and distressed debt
- Ability to apply creative equity and debt structures
- When needed, create offering memorandums for equity and debt
- Assist in quarterly and annual investor reports
- Conduct and collect market research to further enhance underwriting narrative
- Maintain current portfolio models and waterfalls
- Perform various site specific tasks as needed
Qualifications
- 2-5 years’ experience
- Exceptional excel modeling
- Argus certificate preferred
- Familiarity with NYC and surrounding submarkets
