Real Estate Director - Supply Chain & eCommerce

Job Description

Leads a team of Senior Real Estate Managers who support the growth for our internal partners in Supply Chain and eCommerce while maintaining the existing portfolio of leased and owned assets.  The Director is responsible for engaging with senior executives within both divisions to better understand their strategies and provide recommendations on how we can support this growth.  The Director is responsible for building relationships with developers, brokers and other external consultants to ensure that he/she is active in the industrial and manufacturing real estate environment.  A successful candidate will have extensive experience in site selection, negotiations and executive level presentations as well as experience leading a high performing team.
