Real Estate Debt Analyst

Job Description

Real Estate Debt Fund seeking an analyst to underwrite real estate debt transactions.

Responsibilities include:

1. Assist with market research on new debt opportunities
2. Create financial models and assisting with financial projections and valuations
3. Assist with the preparation of offering memorandums and marketing materials for investors
4. Assist with construction draw requisition management and site inspections
5.  Assist with asset management 

Must have a Bachelor's Degree and education in financial/valuation principals with good quantitative skills. Major in finance or related field preferred but not required. Competent business writer with good interpersonal / communication skills. Must be proficient in excel.
