Job Description
Real Estate Debt Fund seeking an analyst to underwrite real estate debt transactions.
Responsibilities include:
Must have a Bachelor's Degree and education in financial/valuation principals with good quantitative skills. Major in finance or related field preferred but not required. Competent business writer with good interpersonal / communication skills. Must be proficient in excel.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with market research on new debt opportunities
- Create financial models and assisting with financial projections and valuations
- Assist with the preparation of offering memorandums and marketing materials for investors
- Assist with construction draw requisition management and site inspections
- Assist with asset management
