Job Summary
Paid Internship – Spring, Summer – Seattle, WA
Our brand marketing internship program starts in Spring Quarter with 15 hours per week and increases to full time (40 hours per week) during the summer. When you intern at CBRE Affordable Housing, you're a contributing member of the team. You'll work on real projects and interact with real stakeholders. Our internship is a rewarding learning experience that allows students to develop skills that will apply directly their marketing career, learn from leaders and experts in the commercial real estate industry, and work in a stimulating and challenging environment. The responsibilities of this position include:
Write, edit and help coordinate the production and distribution of marketing content
Create engaging content for email marketing campaigns and social media
Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and manage reports of performance
Maintain and update the corporate website and associated product collateral
Ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels
Support Marketing Management with various tasks as assigned
Qualifications
A successful candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:
Positive attitude and strong organizational/time-management abilities
Energy, motivation, and commitment to drive to results in a fast-paced environment
Adobe Creative Suite skills/experience preferred
Familiarity with social media and web analytics
Strong writing skills
Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM, email marketing tools, etc)
Pursuit of BA/BS in a Marketing/Communications or related field (must be at min. a college junior) required
