Job Description

We are looking to add a Talented Acquisition Professional to Oxford Property Group to support our team.

This person will contribute to the business’s growth by helping to identify and evaluate agents to join our platform. The ideal candidate will learn quickly and enjoy a fast-paced, high engagement environment.

• Working with the existing business development team and various other internal teams to assist in the full life cycle of the recruitment process
• Manage relationships with agents internally and externally
• Collaborate in developing new strategies for sourcing and evaluating potential agents
• Survey the real estate landscape to identify talent and market trends
• Develop long term relationships with individuals in the space.

Requirements:

• Strong written communication skills
• Strong oral communication skills
• The ability to manage multiple long-term and short-term projects simultaneously
• 1-2 years of industry work experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills
