The Originator will be working with a new Real Estate Financial Services division within a larger Financial Services and Accounting firm that has been in business for over 40 years. This role will be focusing on middle-market commercial Real Estate in high growth markets; and specializing in heavily structured transactions.
Job Duties:
-Conducting new business development activities and deal origination
-Building and maintaining relationships with current and potential clients. Developing strong working relationships across the market that can lead to future business deals
-Providing capital market guidance and other consultation to clients
-Structuring deals, managing the general process around deal-closing, running point on all transactions
Job Requirements:
-2-3 years of experience in a Real Estate Originator role is required
-Bachelor’s Degree required
