The Analyst will be working with a new Real Estate Financial Services division within a larger Financial Services and Accounting firm that has been in business for over 40 years. This role will be focusing on middle-market commercial Real Estate in high growth markets; and specializing in heavily structured transactions.
Job Duties:
-Performing underwriting services for deals, preparing offering memorandums for packages and performing all diligence items needed for transactions
-Assisting with structuring of deals and all manner of transactional duties for closing
-Conducting market analysis and researching market and economic trends to assist with consultation and creation of evidence-based data and reporting
-General management of the company pipeline, and all other tasks as needed
-Building and maintaining relationships with capital providers both debt and equity
Job Requirements:
-1 year of experience performing analysis in the Real Estate industry is required
-Advanced Excel skills are required
-Experience with Argus and/or similar software is preferred
-Bachelor’s Degree is required
-Must be very detail-oriented with strong organizational and collaborative skills, must be able to communicate clearly with clients in a professional and personable manner
-Strong analytical and research skills are required
