VP/Managing Broker

Gerrard-Hoeschler, REALTORS® is looking for a dynamic VP/Managing Broker to work with our knowledgeable management team to lead a new generation of real estate professionals. Candidates must have a proven track record of success, with a commitment to the growth of the company, and its agents and staff.  We value the ability to connect with people, motivate them in positive ways and hold them accountable to their goals. 

As VP/Managing Broker, you will run the day-to-day operations of the firm. In this key role, you will be responsible for recruiting, supervising, coaching, retaining and providing on-going training to our sales force and office staff.

In addition, the VP/Managing Broker has the overall responsibility for creating, planning, implementing and integrating the strategic vision of the company. The position requires demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, recruiting and retention, training, industry-specific compliance, public speaking and understanding economic trends to find business opportunities.

In accordance with our mission, the successful candidate will provide outreach to foster positive community relations through attending events such as Chamber of Commerce meetings, Economic Development Organization meetings, networking events and other community oriented functions.
