Job Description

Headquartered in San Francisco, Strada Investment Group is a vertically-integrated real estate investment company with a proven track record of producing outsized opportunistic returns. Its business is devoted exclusively to real estate investment, development, and advisory services. The firm was founded in 2010 by a team of executives with a unique mix of public and private sector real estate experience. They are supported by a team of real estate professionals with expertise in research, acquisitions, asset management, construction and development.

Strada is seeking an Office Manager to support staff and administrate its San Francisco office. Though we remain primarily work-from-home currently, the position will require some presence at the office to perform tasks requiring non-remote work. We practice physical distancing for the limited staff that periodically needs to be in the office at this time.


Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office; answer phone and process messages.
  • Point of contact for office vendors and property management; manage office contracts and monitor expenditures.
  • Office upkeep and administrative management; filing and document management.
  • Assist employees in expense reporting, calendar management and meeting coordination, including management of conference rooms and other resources.
  • In partnership with IT, manage office equipment, computer hardware and software, and coordinate support for employees with technical issues.
  • Support investment operations in tasks such as compiling legal documents, investor reports, and updating marketing materials.
  • Help to administrate human resources system and tasks.
  • Coordinate team-building and client outreach, such as company outings, holiday cards and gifts.
  • Positive attitude to handle wide variety of additional tasks as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident and poised.
  • High degree of integrity; professional, honest and self-motivated.
  • Extremely organized with keen attention to detail; ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Highly proficient computer software skills, including expertise in using Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Tech savvy; Apple proficiency a plus.
  • Ability to handle confidential company and personal information with discretion.
  • Undergraduate degree preferred
  • Notary certification a plus, or interest in obtaining one (company will sponsor).
  • aPHR certification a plus, or interest in obtaining one (company will sponsor).
