At Concord Summit Capital, we are proud to provide, through our team approach culture, three independent services across our investment platform. Headquartered in Miami, CSC has a growing number of offices across the country.
Advisory Team - provides fee-based advisory services for debt and equity transactions for commercial real estate capitalizations, ranging from $3 million to $1 billion. We provide value to our clients, through flexible financial solutions, for complex real estate transactions.
Investment Team - acquires distressed assets and non-performing loans from all banks and financial institutions across the nation. All such transactions are underwritten and funded by Summit Investment Management, who has been in business for 16 years.
Fund Team - invests in commercial real estate debt and equity structures in transactions ranging from $2 million to $35 million. All such transactions are underwritten and funded by Concord Summit Fund One, which is planned to be launched in the first quarter of 2020. Concord-Summit Fund One is a private fund founded and managed by Summit Investment Management and Concord Wilshire Companies.
Role
Concord Summit Capital is seeking a Director to originate and execute transactions across all three investment platforms based in the firm's Los Angeles office.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Origination
- Business development and fee generation due to assignments for finance of debt and structured product to owners, operators, and developers of real estate
- Business development and origination for acquisition of non-performing debt purchases for all real estate classes and other corporate debt
- Business development and origination for Concord Summit Capital Fund 1 pursuant to fund investment guidelines
- Business development for Concord Summit Insurance Brokerage
- Business Development for Agency business pursuant to CSC Correspondent Agreement for Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, and U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) originations
- CSC operates nationally and there are no geographic restrictions with regard to production and outreach
- Administrative
- Participation in weekly management and pipeline meetings and preparation of materials required to report on going status of transactions in pipeline
- Coordinate with financial analysts to produce and review offering memoranda and loan request packages
- Cooperate with other CSC offices as necessary with regard to teaming on transactions
