A growing, entrepreneurial commercial real estate brokerage is actively recruiting experienced professionals to join its Midtown Manhattan office. The ideal candidate has an existing track record as an investment sales advisor and/or leasing representative and wants to work in a high-energy office with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

· Sourcing new leads on off-market investment sales opportunities and buyers of commercial real estate

· Working independently while collaborating on deals with others in the office

· Responsibility to maintain and organize one’s own information on the deals they control

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree Required

· Real Estate Brokerage Experience, Ideally in Commercial Real Estate though a high-level of Residential Experience would be considered

· Strong verbal, writing and grammar

· Strong Organizational Skills

· Accustomed to managing several projects simultaneously

· Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

· Knowledge of New York City

The position is full-time, and commission based. Some remote work is okay, but the individual is expected to be work on a consistent basis.
