Commercial Real Estate Investment and Business Analyst

Bridgerock Capital Holdings, Inc. is a privately held, New York City based company with two lines of businesses:

• Investment advisory and asset management platform engaged in bringing Korean and other international capital to invest in large commercial real estate debt and equity to U.S. sponsors of real estate properties. 
• Technology platform developing commercial real estate servicing program for automating servicing functions and other financial related apps.  We have recently developed and published a receipt scanning and expense management app called RapidReceipt™.

BridgeRock is a dynamic and entrepreneurial group looking to grow this platform beyond advisory and servicing businesses.  We are looking for an entry-level, recent college graduate with similar mindset, who can think on their feet, is not afraid of change, and can grow with our firm. At BridgeRock, it is important for the individual to be proactive, detail oriented, and effective. The individual will be exposed to multiple large-scale investment opportunities and will be working closely alongside senior level management in addition to various business analysis/development opportunities for new fintech & proptech developments.

Job Description:

Main responsibility includes:

• Real estate debt deal origination and execution.  You will support team members in taking a deal from term sheet stage to closing.  In this role, you will interact with investors and sponsors in providing support for underwriting and due diligence activities. 
• Asset management.  Once a deal is closed, we provide asset management service for our investors.  On a monthly basis, you will perform financial analysis on asset performance and prepare an asset management report.  You will interact with the borrower in monitoring asset performance and manage cash management functions.
• Perform general product support for market/business processes analysis to identify market needs and translate functional requirements into technical specifications.  You will be working closely with the CTO to have an up-to-date understanding of as-is processes and support designing to-be processes and take notes and log actions.
• Other administrative tasks for the operation of our business.

Qualifications:

Finance, business, or computer science degree.  Some familiarity with spoken and written Korean preferred.

Compensation commensurate with experience
