Job Description:
Responsible for the coordination, collection, preparation and submission of information in connection with closing Multifamily real estate transactions. Ideal candidate possesses superior organization skills with the ability to multi-task. Successful candidate will be expected to manage the transaction process from initial opportunity discussions through closings, and eventually, oversight post-closing (depending on the transaction type). Successful candidate must have a good understanding of fundamental concepts, practices and procedures associated with commercial real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the coordination of acquisition due diligence, including collection and distribution of information related to the preparation/submission of packages to Lenders
- Serves as liaison with lenders, sales brokers, outside counsel, internal executives/analysts and investors for the collection and distribution of due diligence materials
- Responsible for managing the transaction timeframe as a Seller/Buyer/Borrower
- Prepares, submits, and tracks all servicing related requests through the life of the loan
- Prepares a variety of analyses, financial statements, and reports for management
- Prepares forecasts and analyzes trends in commercial mortgage finance, general business, and industry conditions.

Qualifications:
- Four- year college degree in Business Finance or similar field of study
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience (will consider internships)
- Ability to work both with a team and independently, with minimal guidance
- Strong computer skills required, including advanced Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
