Summary:
Real Estate Project Analyst will focus on assisting Asset Management team in collecting & reconciling project data from multiple real estate projects and sources, updating various financial models and tracking tools, and generating reports and other work product for both US internal and HQ consumption. Accurate and timely insight generated by this role will drive communication and workflow efficiency, thus meaningful impact to various internal teams and ultimately success of the projects.

Project Analyst role is based in NYC, and reports to Asset Management. This position collaborates closely with US Finance and Sales/Marketing team, and will also interact with Project Management and Investment/Acquisition team. The role will gain visibility as responsibilities gradually extend to liaison with overseas teams in Hong Kong and China.
Successful candidate demonstrates critical eye for detail, competency in Excel and ability to follow formula logic. They are proactive, and project personable, respectful and confident demeanor.
Responsibilities:
- Project data collection, reconciliation and input into various tracking tools
- Manages documentation and archival of project related data
- Assist in preparation of various internal and external reports and presentations in both English and Chinese, including:
- Recurring asset management and sales reports, as well as portfolio reports and financial statements
- Update financial models and basic financial analysis
- Investment committee presentations
- Strategy and company presentations
- Ad-hoc request for asset info
- documentation for internal petitions
- Market analysis and investor pitch deck
- Ad-hoc administrative assistance to facilitate unit sales/closing activities
Qualifications/ Technical Skills:
- 1-2 year professional experience in accounting, corporate sales or executive admin assistance helpful;
- Interest in the real estate development and investment industry; professional experience in real estate development is helpful but not required;
- Excel proficiency required (e.g. data entry, formatting, ability to follow formulas and links);
- Ability to run basis quantitative and financial analysis, and provide findings
- Working knowledge of PowerPoint;
- English and Chinese fluency required;
