Associate, Associate Vice President – Palm Beach, FL

Job Description

Atlantic Creek Real Estate Partners is seeking enthusiastic, ambitious self-starters and to fill new Associate, or Associate Vice President position(s) (title to be determined by work experience) in the Acquisitions & Asset management departments of this boutique commercial real estate investment company that invests its discretionary capital. This is a high-profile position with exposure and interaction with executive leadership and top-level clientele. The perfect candidate will grow with the firm and have many areas of responsibility.

Job responsibilities may include:

· Financial analysis and cash-flow modeling

· Gathering and analysis of market information

· Client presentation and Investment Committee Book preparation

· Transaction due diligence and management of the closing process

· Post-acquisition asset management

· Document Retention, organization and file management

Qualifications:

· Minimum 2 - 7 years real estate related work experience

· Strong financial analytical abilities including proficiency in ARGUS and Microsoft Excel

· Good knowledge of commercial real estate, real estate capital markets, and major markets

· Conscientious and attentive to detail. Possesses strong transactional management, organizational and interpersonal skills

· Demonstrate initiative, flexibility, creativity and provide complete follow-through on areas of responsibility

· Excellent analytical, oral and written communications skills

· Ability to develop conceptual ideas into effective communications, both oral and written

· Comfortable and experienced with giving professional presentations and interacting with senior level executives and investors in a client-focused environment

· Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic work environment

· Willingness to travel as required
