Job Description
- Knowledge of Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Managing Northmarq’s Salesforce based CRM system with multiple real-estate focused add-ins will be critical for our team’s business generation and execution of marketing assets.
- Managing client relationships including scheduling meetings/property tours and document request/access.
- Working directly with investment sales brokers, analysts and graphic department on sales pitches and fully marketed campaigns.
- Tracking business development endeavors, active real-estate listings and closings.
- Compiling market research including general economic development data for multiple Southeast markets, interpreting market trends, tracking sale and rent comparables within the multi-housing space.
- Assisting with transaction due diligence and closings.
- Coordinating third party vendors for marketing purposes and closing transactions.
- Interest in graphic design and social media accounts.
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience, or equivalent combination of education.
- Proficiency with Windows programs.
- CRM knowledge.
- Implementing systems efficiencies.
- Providing proactive input to the team’s success.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Must be able to adapt and prioritize, deadlines, in a fast-paced environment.
- Must operate with a sense of urgency and expect abnormal hours.
- Must have a professional and personable demeanor.
