Job Description

Acquisitions Director responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and closing new investment properties, including representing the firm with brokers, sellers and lenders in our target markets.

Somerset Properties acquires, manages, develops and leases commercial property and we are looking for a self-starter and team player to help us continue to grow our platform and take their career to a new level.  This is a senior position that reports directly to the Managing Principal/Chief Investment Officer. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of  acquisition experience with office and industrial property, including generating deal flow, underwriting and modeling, market research, due diligence, and investment presentations. Proficiency with Argus and Excel is a prerequisite. This individual will also possess strong organization and people skills.

Compensation includes base salary, incentivized annual performance bonus, health and retirement benefits, and participation in Fund investments and promote interests.  We are an established and growing firm with a flat organization structure where opportunities for growth and advancement are unlimited.  We are looking for someone with leadership qualities to take a prominent role in our continued growth and success.
