OVERVIEW

Off Campus Partners, a CoStar Group subsidiary and Apartments.com network is a leading online apartment rental listing website to simplify the off-campus housing search process for universities, students and property managers nationwide. The listing program powers the off-campus housing service at many of the nation's leading universities.

As an Off Campus Partners University Relations Account Manager, you will be an integral part of the sales team by managing and supporting our existing University and College partnerships, while collaborating with Apartments.com colleagues. The Account Manager, will build and maintain strong client relations with existing university partners, train new university contacts, and drive retention through the development of partnership success plans and renewal strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Relationship Management - Developing strategic relationships with clients to drive Campus Network advertising revenue and be an essential component of their strategic marketing plan.
  • New Business Development - Prospect for new opportunities through cold calling and other proactive outreach methods to develop a sales pipeline and close new business.
  • Teamwork - Partner with colleagues to drive Campus Networking advertising revenue
  • Ensure renewal of current university agreements through quarterly in-person visits, attending and participating in housing fairs, and other university events
  • Communicate product and program changes and benefits to university sponsors
  • Manage client onboarding and implementation for new university partnerships
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and service goals


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Two or more years of account management or sales in a B2B environment, preferably in the Multifamily or Higher Education industry
  • Four or more years of providing outstanding customer service
  • Bachelor's Degree
