Job Description

A boutique real estate capital advisory firm headquartered in Manhattan is seeking a highly motivated and experienced senior level equity and debt capital markets professional to place large debt and equity transactions. Requirements of the position include:

• Substantial experience in organizing multi-tranched debt and equity capital stacks for development and existing asset transactions;
• Excellent relationships at debt and equity capital providers;
• Ability to execute debt and equity transactions across all asset classes and on a national basis;
• Knowledge of international markets a plus;
• Experience with and strong contacts with family office, UHNW and foreign investors a plus; and
• “Team player” who is a motivated “self-starter” and comfortable in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
