Real Estate Strategy Intern

Job Description

At Level 5, our inaugural internship program will focus on giving our interns opportunities to get hands-on experience and contribute to real-world business projects alongside our full-time team.

Our 8 week paid internship program is designed to help students grow their skillset, create lasting connections, and do meaningful work in support of our brands. Along with helping our interns grow professionally, we're also committed to their personal growth and provide various soft skill classes while also hosting fun events along the way!

We’re looking for an Intern to join our Real Estate Strategy team. We value strategic, self-driven individuals who care about the work they produce and the people they work with. Our ideal candidate is passionate about research and data analysis and understands its importance in making decisions. If you are an excellent storyteller with an analytical mindset who likes to work independently as well as in team settings, keep reading!

What you'll do here:

• Contribute to the research, analysis, and execution of market planning and real estate recommendation packages for our brands
• Maintain project documentation and communicate deadlines and timely updates.
• Collect data and insights from existing brand locations
• Support the real estate team in daily administrative tasks.
• Perform market analysis and research on competitive & aspirational brands.
• Act as a team champion, pitching in on special projects as needed to support all areas of Real Estate.

• A foundation in business/data analytics and/or real estate
• Strong excel functionality and data manipulation abilities
• Excellent organizational skills

• A willingness to learn
• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree; with anticipated graduation date between December 2022 – August 2023
