Key Activities by Discipline:

 

Acquisitions

• • Financial modeling
  • Property underwriting
  • Market research
  • Formulate and document business plans
  • Prepare debt and equity requests
  • Interface with brokers and vendors
  • Transaction management
  • Perform due diligence
  • Prepare development and Cap Ex budgets

Dispositions

• • Gather, review, and present information on dispositions
  • Assist in preparation of closing documents
  • Coordinate with third parties on sale
  • Calculate investment returns
  • Evaluate various sale scenarios

Asset Management

• • Coordinate property services with vendors
  • Prepare and monitor loan draws
  • Prepare renovation and construction budgets
  • Coordinate tax protests and payment
  • Maintain business plans
  • Assist in CAM reconciliations and property budgeting
  • Monitor budgets and perform variance analyses

 Investor Relations

• • Draft investor communications
  • Discuss investment status with investors as needed
