CoStar Group is seeking an Architectural Photographer to join our growing research organization.
As the Architectural Photographer Manager, you will lead, develop, and motivate a team of Architectural Photographers in their region. CoStar Architectural Photographers provide high-quality photography, drone video & images, 3D virtual tours, and walk-through videos on high-visibility commercial and multi-family properties. CoStar Group customers rely on our team to visually complete the marketing vision of their assets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Train, mentor, and coach a growing team of 10+ professional, staff Architectural Photographers.
- Source and hire experienced, full-time team members in key geographies.
- Spend quality time with local and regional team members to demonstrate best practice with media collection, postproduction, process optimization, and customer service.
- Review incoming media to determine its quality relative to standards and guidelines.
- Provide constructive and actionable feedback to team members to meet both production and quality expectations.
- Professional and effective communication with clients and internal partners during all aspects of the media shoot including scheduling, set up and on site.
- Continued learning and development of your craft, including staying up to date on new techniques and technology.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years' experience managing a team of photographers
- Experience capturing real estate or architectural photos and videos
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, IE: Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or similar
PREFERRED QUALIFCATIONS AND SKILLS
- Be knowledgeable of MAC OS and MS Office
- Experience as a drone photographer with a FAA Part 107 License/Certification
- Experience developing strong personal relationships with key contacts at assigned companies
- Experience managing multiple responsibilities and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment without missing deadlines
