Job Description
Jackson Cross Partners, a Commercial Real Estate Services firm is seeking a Corporate Real Estate Transaction Manager to support the national lease portfolio of JCP’s Client. The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Business, Real Estate, Finance or a related field
- 3+ year’s commercial real estate experience, corporate real estate, commercial real estate brokerage, or property management experience
- PA real estate license or commitment to obtain a PA real estate license for the position
- Skilled commercial lease negotiation strategies
- Knowledge of principles, policies, verbiage and practices relating to real estate transactions
- Knowledge of the commercial real estate market and leasing
- Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented with the flexibility to shift focus often
- Confidence to interface directly with Client’s managerial staff and JCP team
- A team first attitude with Clients and JCP staff
- Ability to competently manage high volume of transactions
- Innovative, creative, and proactive interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills with emphasis on spreadsheet analysis, Excel; Word; Outlook, CoStar, LoopNet and other Real Estate applications
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate transactions for new leases, renewals, expansions and subleases for a client’s national portfolio
- Managing transactions to a timely completion and complete all required documentation (agency agreements, market surveys, financial analyses, managerial reports, amendments and lease documentation)
- Reviewing/negotiating business terms and recommend optimum courses of action
- Managing and/or coordinating communications with the Client’s internal real estate operations and construction teams and with external real estate resources such as sub-brokers, landlord representatives and architects
- Inputting and regularly updating transaction data in Client’s transaction management database
- Preparing transaction reports, internal/external correspondence and organize all documentation
