As a n Inside Sales Manager you will be responsible for leading a team selling market-leading advertising products to market small businesses nationally. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills and a natural drive to succeed with a work ethic th at will deliver results above expectation s while always keeping the success of the customer in mind.
R ESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive revenue performance of the team, meet and exceed monthly/ annual sales targets
- Attract, hire, develop and motivate high impact salespeople capable of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Provide coaching and training to improve individual and team sales effectiveness
- Monitor sales performance and hold salespeople accountable to the required level of sales activit y and results to ensure the achievement of business performance targets
- Ensure individual and team performance targets and commission plans align with overall business goals , and that commissions are accurately calculated
- Monitor performance and take action, as necessary, to ensure timely resolution of performance issues to ensure results are achieved
- Develop and mentor all team members
- Ensure CoStar culture and values are adopted by team members
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degre e
- Previous inside sales management experience in a high volume/high t ransaction environment
- Proven experience in successfully recruiting and hiring strong sales candidates
- Previous experience as a successful sales professional
- Two or more years of experience using the Microsoft Office suite of application
- One or more years of e xperience working with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database

- Strong and proven track record of successfully mentoring and coaching sales teams to achieve their greatest potential
- High energy, a strong desire to achieve top results, and a positive "can-do" attitude

- Ability to view the business ' products and processes holistically and recommend improvements to better serve our customers and users
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations at a high-growth company
