Finance Intern - Summer 2022

Job Summary:

Assists in financial and analytical support for the Bull Realty Finance department including financial reviews, financial model building and other various and sundry duties as determined by the Manager of Financial Operations.

General Accountabilities

• Duties as assigned by the Manager of Financial Operations.
• Develops various and sundry excel models, financial models and accounting models.
• Performs regular or ad-hoc transaction letter data base contact mining
• CoStar, Loopnet and other data base systems and research web pages/sites.
• Extracts and evaluates data.
• Organizes and summarizes into meaningful formats.
• Maintain, update and report to agent CRM system
• Develops and performs listing and marketing materials and brochures for assigned agent(s).
• Performs other marketing and advertising as warranted from assigned agent(s).
• Performs consolidated budget and financial reviews and analysis for agent(s).
• Evaluates and analyzes financial and operating reports and data.
• Develops conclusions and recommendations and communicates orally or in writing to agent(s)..
• Performs analyses to assist in business and financial planning.
• Produces and analyzes reports of current fiscal status and forecasts future performance based on sound knowledge of operations assigned.
• Analyzes and researches variances to identify problems or trends and present solutions.
• Reviews existing accounting, reporting and data management systems and methods for adequacy.
• Contributes to development and/or modification of financial systems and applications to enhance reporting and information capabilities.
• Assists in the identification and resolution of business problems.
• Researches and interprets available data.
• Evaluates alternatives and determines appropriate methods of presentation.
• Participates in projects or special studies of significant import to the company.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

Job Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in undergraduate program at an accredited university PT/FT 
• Major: Finance, Business, Real Estate, or related field
• GPA: 2.75 or higher
• Interest in Commercial Real Estate or related industry
• Experience with all MS office related software- Word, PowerPoint, Excel
