The Director of CRM Product Management is responsible for delivering holistic and effective platforms and tools for our Sales and Customer facing teams across CoStar Group. Operates as a strategic partner to multiple functions across CoStar Group. Works directly with sales, customer service, and account management teams to understand unique needs of each group, including workflows, operations, necessary tools and clients in order to drive efficiencies through one enterprise CRM that is scalable and enables success. As part of this process, you will develop a deep understanding of internal users and will focus on increasing efficiency of our vertically integrated operations, building a scalable platform, creating excellent internal tools that help develop and customize workflows. An expert in product, solution and process domain related to sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Create a CRM road map that incorporates the unique needs for each sales group and build out a cohesive workflow and set of tools to facilitate execution of CoStar Group sales and customer service strategies
  • Develop an effective management dashboard to streamline workflow, track progress on initiatives, and enable managers to effectively manage their organizations
  • Develop sales rep dashboard that serves up daily workload and provides strategic guidance in line with sales objectives to sales force
  • Develop CRM tools in collaboration with sales management to Identify the best sales opportunities across each business line and serve up opportunities in a logical and actionable manner
  • Develop integrated marketing tools to support moving prospects through sales process
  • Identify the best opportunities to service our customer base
  • Develop system to coordinate communications and actions between critical CoStar Group functions (Billing, Sales, Contracts, Customer Service), that holds departments accountable for completing tasks
  • Manage cross product referrals that facilitates cross group collaboration
  • Drive automation of marketing campaigns and sales lead generation through CRM
  • Responsible for strategizing with business leaders for future technology investments to align with business goals and objectives
  • Establish KPI metrics to understand return on investment and impact on process domain
  • Write technical documentation and provide team with training on enhancements and new features
  • Identify opportunities to improve and drive further automation of processes


Experience:
  • Candidate must have significant experience in developing and implementing CRM tools for sales organizations
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator preferred
  • 8+ years' experience with Salesforce and other CRM Applications
  • 8+ years' experience working with and directing software development teams on CRM related implementations and/or builds
  • 5+ years of experience analyzing data to improve process and data quality
  • 5+ years of experience implementing BI tools
  • Customer success mindset
  • Experience with agile-scrum methodologies for sprint planning and execution
  • Understanding of CRM principles
  • Prior experience in consulting or high, growth environment
  • Bachelors degree required; masters preferred
