Portfolio/Property Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned property manager with strong computer skills to oversee and manage a portfolio of mostly NNN industrial properties and then also oversee one suburban office building and various land holdings, ranches, and residences for a single Owner.  The position comes with supporting staff members to handle paying the bills and getting the Tenant statements completed monthly.  There are outside accountants that prepare the tax returns, etc.  We are a very small office and so personality fit is an important prerequisite.  We are located in Van Nuys and hoping to find a candidate that lives nearby the Corporate office.  The accounting for the portfolio has recently all been transferred to Yardi Breeze Premier, so experience in Yardi is a big plus for the right candidate for this position.  The office is an open floor plan (lots of light), and the vibe is casual, and there are dogs at the office intermittently.  Salary is commensurate with experience, open to a conversation about possible remote work days but initially the position will be at the Van Nuys office until fully trained.  Benefits offered.
