JOB SUMMARY
Facilitates and supports the implementation and sustainment of the corporate compliance program designed to create and sustain best practice systems, policies, and tools to enable our people, businesses, and partners to act ethically, stay in compliance, and live by our RISE values at the country or business unit level.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
With direction, coordinates through multiple levels in the organization the deployment of ethics and compliance training programs.
Supports the roll out of communications in order to raise awareness of topics critical to the organization.
Basic understanding of how behaviors affect people and dynamics of an organization. Has a general understanding of effective ethics and compliance program.
Understands and can facilitate the policy and procedure infrastructure within the business.
Assists with the identification of gaps in compliance policy and procedures.
Coordinates with the investigator on reported issues. Facilities and assists in ensure a compliant and thorough investigatory process.
Supports the risk assessment process efficiently and effectively, capturing business inputs.
Assists in analyzing risk in various compliance areas across assigned business utilizing standard tools.
Basic awareness of primary legal and regulatory framework that apply to risk assessment processes.
Assists in the coordination of Compliance audits.
Understands the strengths and challenge areas of an ethics and compliance program review.
Performs other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May coordinate and assign tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Four-year degree with a preference in Business Administration, Law, Accounting, Finance or related field, or a minimum of two years professional level compliance experience.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE
Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to collect, analyze and summarize accounting data. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
Intermediate knowledge of computer software and hardware (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite Products). Advanced organizational skills, attention to detail. Ability to work well under pressure with proactive approach to routine and non-routine occurrences.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY
Decisions made with understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. May develop, recommend, and implement improvements in department efficiencies, process, procedure, and/or policy. Resolves escalated questions and problems within the department. Responsible for setting own project deadlines. Able to handle multiple projects, deadlines and assignment successfully. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.
