Caddis is looking to hire someone to work closely with leadership and play a key role in assisting with the overall operations and financial management of the Heartis® senior living communities managed by Caddis.
Responsibilities:
Caddis is looking to hire someone to work closely with leadership and play a key role in assisting with the overall operations and financial management of the Heartis® senior living communities managed by Caddis.
Responsibilities:
- Perform financial analysis and monitoring of performance of third-party operators (including variance reporting, etc.).
- Actively evaluate and manage operator funding requests, cash flows, etc.
- Assist in the creation and updates of property budgets.
- Benchmark portfolio performance to industry trends.
- Assist with due diligence and market research of real estate market, competitor analysis, supple/demand fundamentals, industry trends, etc.
- Interacts daily with a variety of individuals across all levels.
- Prepares ad-hoc analysis and reports as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience Required:
- 3-5 years of Financial Analyst experience; preference for prior experience with senior housing, hospitality or multi-family real estate operations.
- Bachelor’s degree required with a background in analytics.
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel.
- Must be able to demonstrate logical and strategic thinking with minimal direction.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
