Finance Manager/Associate

Job Description

Job Description: We are searching for a Finance Manager with related experience working for a commercial real estate developer, commercial bank or real estate finance company. The position is within the Capital Markets Group of Panattoni Development Company with a focus on development project debt and equity capitalization in all product types (industrial and office) for US operations as well as financial management and operational support for local offices. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with comfort and ability to manage both internal and external relationships are necessary. The candidate should have a transactional orientation with the ability to proactively manage multiple projects, as well as proficiency and interest in financial analysis, real estate valuation and modeling. Three to five years of relevant work experience is preferred.
